Archiving the "Against the Grain" Rebel Bread Podcast
The history of Rebel Bread is archived in the “Against the Grain” podcast created by founder and CEO Zach Martinucci. The three-season series covers the early history of the business in real time, starting in 2018 when we were looking for our first commercial space, through January 2020 when we had established our presence as a farmer’s market bakery and bread school.
The podcast is an excellent listen for anyone interested in the history of our company or the adventure of starting a small business in general. Zach introduces the podcast best himself in Episode 1:
