Terms of Service
Welcome to Rebel Bread! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the expectations for using our website, booking classes or events, and engaging with our products and services.
By using our website, registering for a class, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made through our website or approved platforms. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. We accept major credit cards via secure third-party processor, Stripe.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that things change! If you need to cancel a class:
You may cancel your booking up to 1 day before your class by using the link in your confirmation email. This takes you to your booking portal, where you can cancel the reservation yourself—no need to contact us directly.
Cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice will incur a fee:
20% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 3 days (but more than 24 hours) before class
50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 24 hours before class
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
3. Changes & Rescheduling
You may change your booking (like switching to a different date or updating attendee info) up to 2 days before the class.
You can make changes yourself using the link in your confirmation email, which will take you to your personal booking portal.
Rescheduling: If rescheduling is offered for the class, you can rebook a new date within 12 months of your original booking.
If you’re outside the change window or unsure how to proceed, feel free to contact us by clicking “Get in Touch > Send us a message” below and we’ll do our best to help.
4. Class Participation & Conduct
We strive to create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive space for all bakers. We ask that all participants:
Arrive on time and ready to participate
Treat instructors and fellow guests with kindness and respect
Follow all safety, hygiene, and kitchen guidelines shared during class
Instructors will review additional expectations and safety procedures at the start of each class. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave a class (without refund) due to disruptive or unsafe behavior.
5. Accessibility & Accommodations
Our physical space is ADA accessible and we are happy to accommodate additional needs whenever possible. If you require specific accommodations to participate in a class, please contact us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
6. Allergens & Food Safety
Please note that our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we do our best to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Let us know at the time of booking if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction.
7. Intellectual Property
All recipes, materials, and class content shared during our classes or on our website are the property of Rebel Bread. These are intended for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without our written permission.
8. Media Release
From time to time, we take photos and short videos during classes, events, and at our bakery to share on social media, our website, or in other promotional materials.
By participating in a Rebel Bread class or visiting our space, you grant us permission to use your likeness in photos or videos taken during your visit, without compensation. These may be used for marketing, documentation, or educational purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in any media, please let your instructor or a team member know at the start of your visit—we’ll gladly honor your request.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating in a class or event, you agree to do so at your own risk. Rebel Bread is not responsible for personal injury, allergic reactions, loss of personal property, or other issues arising during or after participation.
