Rebel Bread is a small-batch, artisan bakery that's really big on character. Our kitchen is a creative and supportive space for bakers to do what they love, and share our craft with the community.

We craft unique, top-notch loaves and pastries with a lot of personality. We love making things that are “just different enough” – inspired by the classics, with inventive twists dreamed up by our bakers.

We’re thrilled to bake for other local businesses across the front range. And we hope to be your go-to stop for everyday baked goods, regional flour, sourdough starter, and behind-the-scenes baking experiences.
REALLY GREAT GRAINS
Our products are made with regional grains and are naturally-leavened whenever possible – supporting our local economy, sustainable agriculture, and better health through great food. Everything we make is handmade, and baked fresh daily right here in Denver.
